Please read these Terms carefully before using RealStateShorts. They govern your use of our platform, subscription, and generated content.

1. Acceptance of Terms

•By creating an account, starting a subscription, or accessing any feature of RealStateShorts (the 'Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms').
•If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RealStateShorts Inc.
•We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

•RealStateShorts provides an AI-powered video generation toolset designed for real estate marketing professionals. The core service converts publicly available real estate listing URLs into professional short-form marketing videos.
•Supported platforms include Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin. We do not guarantee compatibility with all listing sources or third-party platform changes that may affect data extraction.
•By submitting a listing URL, you represent that you have the legal right to use and distribute the listing content, photos, and data contained therein.

•You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
•You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
•You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at hello@realstateshorts.com.
•Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or sold. Each account is for a single user or business entity.

•RealStateShorts is a subscription-based, paid-only service. There is no free tier.
•Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.
•All prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
•You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the Platform until your paid period expires.
•We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 14 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

•We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscribers. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at hello@realstateshorts.com within 30 days of your first payment to receive a full refund.
•After the 30-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable, including fees for partial months following a late cancellation.
•Refunds for extenuating circumstances (e.g., billing errors) may be issued at our sole discretion. See our full Refund Policy at

•You agree NOT to use the Platform to: (a) generate content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent; (b) violate copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party; (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of our system; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our infrastructure; (e) resell or sublicense the service without our written consent.
•Violations of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

•The RealStateShorts platform, brand, codebase, UI design, proprietary AI models, and rendering engine are owned by RealStateShorts Inc. and protected by applicable copyright and IP laws.
•You retain all rights to the raw listing data you submit. Upon generation, RealStateShorts grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, commercial-use license for any videos generated by our system, provided your account is in good standing at the time of generation.
•You may not claim that AI-generated scripts or video structures are wholly original human-authored works in contexts where that claim would be legally misleading.

•THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE'. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ACCURACY, UPTIME, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
•IN NO EVENT SHALL REALSTATESHORTS BE LIABLE FOR: LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
•OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

•We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Platform in a way that harms other users or our systems.
•Upon termination for cause, you will not receive a refund for any remaining subscription period.
•You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your video library will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

•These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
•Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the AAA rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
