- •Billing Information: Payment details (credit/debit card numbers, billing address) are processed securely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
- •Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our platform — listing URLs you submit, videos you generate, and feature usage patterns — to improve the service.
- •Device & Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs are collected automatically when you visit our site.
- •Cookies: We use essential cookies to keep you logged in, and optional analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand site performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
- •Service Delivery: To process your listing URLs, generate AI-powered videos, and deliver them to your account.
- •Billing & Payments: To manage your subscription, charge your payment method, and send receipts.
- •Communications: To send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts) and, with your consent, product updates or marketing emails.
- •Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and diagnose technical issues, which helps us improve accuracy, speed, and features.
- •Legal Compliance: To meet our obligations under applicable law, including GDPR and CCPA.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
- •Stripe: Our payment processor. Stripe processes and encrypts all card data under PCI-DSS compliance. We never see your full card number.
- •Analytics Providers: We may use privacy-focused analytics tools (e.g., Vercel Analytics) that do not sell your data.
- •AI Model Providers: Listing text data may be passed to third-party AI APIs (e.g., Llama-based models via Groq or similar) to generate video scripts. No personally identifiable information is included in these API calls.
- •We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
- •Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- •Correction: You may update or correct inaccurate information at any time via your account settings.
- •Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data by emailing privacy@realstateshorts.com.
- •Opt-Out: You may opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email. Cookie preferences can be managed via our cookie banner.
- •Data Portability: You may request your data in a machine-readable format.
- •California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your data).
5. Data Retention
- •We retain your account information and generated videos for as long as your account is active.
- •Starter plan videos are stored for 30 days. Pro plan videos are stored for 90 days.
- •After account deletion, we retain anonymized, aggregated analytics data (not linked to you) for internal analysis. All other personal data is removed within 30 days.
6. Security
- •All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
- •Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plaintext.
- •We conduct regular security reviews and promptly address vulnerabilities.
- •While we take industry-standard precautions, no online service is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
7. Cookies
- •Essential Cookies: Required for login sessions and security. Cannot be disabled.
- •Analytics Cookies: Help us understand traffic patterns. Enabled only with your consent via our cookie banner.
- •You may refuse non-essential cookies at any time. Some features may be limited if cookies are disabled.
8. Children's Privacy
