1. Who Qualifies
- •All new subscribers on the Starter ($19/mo) or Pro ($29/mo) plans.
- •Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of your first payment.
- •This guarantee applies once per customer. It does not apply to subsequent subscription renewals or plan upgrades.
2. How to Request a Refund
- •Email us at hello@realstateshorts.com with the subject line: 'Refund Request'.
- •Include the email address associated with your account.
- •We will confirm your refund within 1 business day.
- •Funds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3. What's Not Covered
- •Renewal charges after the initial 30-day guarantee window.
- •Agency plan subscriptions (contact us to discuss enterprise refund options).
- •Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
- •Add-on purchases or one-time API credits, if applicable.
4. Cancellations
- •You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account → Settings → Billing page.
- •Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to the plan until the end of your current billing period.
- •Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the 30-day guarantee window.
